The Ford EcoSport in Europe will soon be getting a new Active version with the growing popularity and positive customer feedback of the Active trim on models such as the Fiesta and Focus. Ford has confirmed the unveil of the off-road inspired EcoSport on the 6th of November. However now, images of this new version of the Ecosport compact Crossover have been leaked online.

Going by these images, this new Active model features increased ground clearance, additional body cladding as well as some unique styling changes inside and out. These changes will give the compact crossover better rough road capability while

The leaked images also reveal that the Ecosport Active will come with Active badging, tinted windows, contrast black roof and black plastic fender flares. Apart from exterior changes, the interior could also feature special branded seats, scuff plates. However the interior isn't revealed yet.

The European Ford Ecosport offers AWD system as an option as well.

Ford will also offer “convenient equipment packs” which group the most commonly selected options together. This reduces complexity and promises to give customers better value for money.

Tata Motors has launched the new Tata Harrier CAMO special edition at ?16.50L (ex-showroom Delhi). The special edition brings a new CAMO green body colour along with certain other accessories as a package.

The Harrier CAMO special edition looks menacing with its military vehicle like green hue and it also features 17” Blackstone alloys The are also the CAMO badges that enhance the appeal further. The interior, however, is quite similar to the #Dark edition featuring Blackstone Matrix Dashboard and premium Benecke- Kaliko Blackstone leather seats which exclusively get contrast CAMO green stitching.

Not only in terms of variants, the face lifted Verna comes with two petrol and one diesel engine option. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated four cylinder petrol  engine churns out 115PS and 144 Nm of torque, a 1.5-litre diesel that churns out 115PS of power and 250Nm of Torque and lastly, a 1.0-litre three cylinder turbo-petrol GDI engine that delivers 120PS of power and 172Nm of torque. The 1.5-litre petrol engine is offered with the choice of a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT while the 1.5-litre diesel gets a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic option. Speaking of refreshed updates- Hyundai offers the new 2020 Verna with BlueLink connected car technology that keeps one connected with the car through a smartphone. While it continues to feature ventilated front seats and wireless charging. Hands-free boot opening, a sunroof, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), front parking sensors, safety features such as ABS with EBD, hill start assist, curtain air bags rear parking sensors, and speed alert warning are a part of the package spread across different variants.
